Alberto Nisman was a prosecutor investigating the AMIA bombing in Argentina. During his research, he accused Iran of being responsible of the attack. Also, it is known, that he was about to accuse Argentinian President Cristina Fernandez for helping cover the former Iranian army officials involved in the attack that took around 90 lives in 1994.

One day before he was supposed to give his testimony on Iran's alleged involvement, he was found dead at his home.  First declarations said he committed suicide with.22 caliber gun. Then the story gives a sudden turn due to the circumstances in which the prosecutor was found in his bathroom, pointed that it was a cold blood murder.

Suspects

Investigations are being made, and there's a whole story behind the suspects, intellectual and material. It's been said that the main suspect is the prosecutor's employee as the main suspect, because it is known that he gave Nisman the gun, was the last person to see him alive, and there's other ltheory that he might even had keys for his apartment.

Latest Report

Judge Sandra Arroyo Salgado discarded the suicide theory, and Osvaldo Raffo who is a prestigious coroner behind Arroyo's investigation has given new statement on what may have really happened: Nisman was kneeling at the moment of his death.

According to the report, Nisman didnt have traces of blood on the back, head or arms. Besides, having a height of 6 foot, leads to the conclusion that he was in a lower position than the attacker, probable below him and to the left, due to the blood stains in the room.

Also the hypothesis of a suicide may be discarded, because there's no blood trace in Nisman's right hand, which suggests that something might been have covering his hand, such as the attacker's hand.
